Evoking the simplicity of the traditional Australian beach shack, Tucker House connects you directly to the bush in comfort and style. With deep set parapet balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, and clad in three-tone Equitone in a unique chevron pattern, it floats effortlessly above the trees. Tucker House features a spacious living area with stylish furnishing and spectacular views, stunning art, a fabulous chef’s kitchen, two large balconies, three bright bedrooms and all the luxuries necessary for a memorable holiday.
Eclectically and tastefully furnished, the main living areas are finished in hardwood-grained Italian porcellanato tiles and framed by full height double glazed windows. The large Punjabi teak dining table with Chinese stools and bench can seat up to 10 diners comfortably. The stylish and comfortable leather chairs, expandable lounge suite and indoor/outdoor oversize bean bag are all perfect for lazy afternoon naps.
The long beach-facing southern balcony provides expansive views of Wye River town and beach, whilst the western balcony is a sunny and secluded oasis. The wood heater provides excellent warmth in the chilly months, whilst the split-level air conditioner will see you comfortably through hot summer days and nights.
The large Sony TV features all Melbourne free-to-air channels and a blu-ray DVD player. The stereo provides superb sound to play vinyl on our record player, CDs or radio (AM/FM), and can be connected to any mobile device to stream your own music.
Tucker House does not have wifi. Play records, play scrabble, party like it’s 1999!
